The Philadelphia Orchestra and Ensemble Arts Philly (POEA) is seeking a Senior Accountant to join our Finance team in Philadelphia. You will support the monthly close, manage GL reconciliations, and analyze ticketing operations across venues.

Bachelor's in Accounting with 5+ years in a complex nonprofit; CPA or MBA a plus. Strong Excel, analytical, and cross‑functional collaboration skills required.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CPA or MBA a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years general accounting in a complex environment.
• Non-profit experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Record and reconcile general ledger activity and month-end close.
• Create and review month-end close journal entries.
• Develop financial models for reconciliations and balance sheet analysis.
• Support audits and provide ad-hoc analyses for leadership.
• Collaborate with departments to improve processes and systems (CRM Tessitura, Momentus, Blackbaud).
