Job summary

IndiMade Brands LLC is seeking a Senior Accountant- NetSuite to lead monthly closes, manage NetSuite configurations, and drive financial reporting with strong GAAP compliance. You will partner with cross-functional teams, optimize processes, and ensure data integrity across the finance function.

The role emphasizes ownership of the NetSuite system, internal controls, budgeting support, and collaboration with external providers as needed in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of progressive accounting and finance experience.
• Demonstrated record leading close processes and process improvements.
• Extensive hands-on NetSuite experience with saved searches and reports.
• Experience with inventory and cost accounting desirable.
• CPA or CPA-track is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly close, including journal entries, reconciliations, and schedules.
• Perform expense and variance analyses and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare audit-ready financial reports under U.S. GAAP.
• Own NetSuite configurations, saved searches, dashboards, and workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot NetSuite issues and upgrades.
• Maintain fixed asset subledger and depreciation calculations.
• Strengthen internal controls within NetSuite and related processes.
• Drive business process improvements to shorten close cycles.
• Assist with regulatory filings, budgeting, forecasting, and ad hoc analysis.
• Support inventory counts and cost accounting activities.
