Job summary

Indimade Brands is seeking a Senior Accountant- NetSuite to own the monthly close, lead journal entries, reconciliations and close schedules in accordance with U.S. GAAP.

You will serve as the NetSuite subject matter expert, driving optimization and scalable processes to strengthen controls and reporting accuracy. This role partners with cross-functional teams to deliver accurate financials, support budgeting/forecasting, and provide timely insights to inform strategic decisions in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and accounting principles.
• Advanced Excel skills (PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS).
• Proven ability to lead month-end close and produce audit-ready documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead key components of the monthly close: journal entries, reconciliations, and schedules.
• Prepare financial reports in line with U.S. GAAP and provide analysis for leadership.
• Serve as NetSuite SME: configuration, saved searches, reports, dashboards, and workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot NetSuite issues and support upgrades and integrations.
• Strengthen internal controls within NetSuite and related processes.
• Lead process-improvement initiatives to automate close and reduce manual work.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and ad hoc analyses.
