Job summary

Accrete is seeking a hands-on Senior Accountant to oversee core accounting activities, drive process improvements, and enhance integrations across NetSuite and Rippling. Reporting to the Controller, this role focuses on scalable, accurate financial operations in a fast-growing AI company.

You will own end-to-end AP in Rippling-to-NetSuite, ensure US GAAP compliance, lead month-end close, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen controls and automate workflows.

Qualifications

• CPA required.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in technology or SaaS.
• Strong hands-on NetSuite experience and system troubleshooting.
• Experience with Rippling or similar payroll, spend management, AP, and employee expenses.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day accounting activities including GL maintenance, journal entries, reconciliations, AP, AR, and expenses.
• Execute month-end close procedures for accurate financial reporting.
• Own end-to-end accounts payable process from invoice intake to payment posting in Rippling and NetSuite.
• Develop and standardize accounting workflows across NetSuite and integrated platforms.
• Lead process improvement initiatives and strengthen internal controls.
