Job summary

Accrete is seeking a hands-on Accounting Manager to oversee core accounting activities and lead the development and standardization of accounting processes and systems. You will report to the Controller and improve workflows, enhance integrations, and implement scalable controls.

The role emphasizes ownership of the end-to-end accounts payable cycle, including Rippling and NetSuite synchronization, with a focus on efficiency and accuracy in a fast-growing AI-focused environment.

Qualifications

• CPA required.
• 5+ years progressive accounting experience in tech/SaaS.
• Strong hands-on NetSuite experience including GL, reconciliations, workflows.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day accounting activities: GL, journal entries, reconciliations, A/P, A/R, expenses.
• Own end-to-end A/P process: invoice intake, approvals in Rippling, payment, GL posting in NetSuite.
• Develop and standardize accounting workflows across NetSuite and Rippling; improve integrations.
• Strengthen internal controls and support audits and tax compliance.
• Lead cross-functional process improvement initiatives and train staff.
