The Sr. Accountant at AEG Presents in Dallas, TX is responsible for financial reporting, including balance sheet reconciliation and monthly reforecasting. This role enters, codes, and approves invoices, road checks and expenses and prepares the monthly close.

It works with the Accounting Manager or Director of Accounting and covers general ledger entries, royalties, insurance, and show settlements. You will assist with budgeting and reforecasting, audits, payroll coordination, and cost analyses

Qualificações

• BA/BS degree in Finance/Accounting.
• CPA certification is preferred.
• Experience with JDE, ImageNow, and Concur.

Responsabilidades

• Review and reconcile balance sheet, GL, AR and AP.
• Code and audit invoices, road checks, cash receipts, and expenses; prepare monthly close.
• Enter cash receipts and road checks for region; review event settlements for accuracy.
• Assist in budgeting and reforecasting; month-end close and show/tour reconciliation.
• Support audits and payroll-related processes; coordinate with CAPs and staff.
