Responsibilities

• Process high-volume accounting transactions across multiple subsidiaries
• Maintain accurate general ledger activity, payroll entries, bank reconciliations, fixed assets, loans, and more
• Ensure accuracy through diligent data validation and reconciliation
• Perform journal entries, reconciliations, allocations, and closing activities
• Conduct variance and trend analyses for management
• Handle capitalizations, disposals, depreciation, and transfers
• Maintain lease records and classifications in lease software
• Use pivot tables, XLOOKUP, and other advanced tools
