Morgan's is seeking a Senior Accountant to join our Finance and Accounting team supporting multiple nonprofit entities. You will lead month-end close activities, prepare financial statements, manage fixed assets, and provide accurate reconciliations.

Responsibilities span general ledger, intercompany processes, budgeting support, and audit readiness. The role requires strong GAAP knowledge, attention to detail, and ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Accounting emphasis preferred.
• 3–5 years of progressively responsible full-cycle accounting experience.
• Experience with general ledger, month-end close, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and nonprofit accounting practices.
• Experience with intercompany transactions and audit support preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform full accrual accounting for assigned nonprofit entities and departments.
• Manage portions of monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.
• Prepare and review journal entries and reconciliations; produce financial statements.
• Maintain fixed asset records and depreciation schedules; support audits and year-end close.
• Support budgeting, variance analysis, and intercompany accounting processes.
