Job summary

Associa is seeking a General Ledger Accountant II to support month-end closing and financial statement preparation for multiple non-profit entities across North America. You will work in a centralized accounting services environment and interact with CAMs, FASP, and the Board as needed.

The role requires GL accounting experience, knowledge of A/P/A/R processes, and strong attention to detail. Proficiency in Excel and C3 software is preferred; weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Accounting or equivalent experience with 2 years of full cycle GL experience or a Bachelor's degree with 1 year full cycle GL experience.
• Knowledge of GAAP and AICPA guidelines.
