Job summary

Antylia Scientific is hiring a Senior Manager, Global Cost & Operations Accounting to lead standard costing, inventory valuation, and equity across a global manufacturing network. You will own Cap & Roll, drive P&L and balance sheet impacts, and partner with supply chain and FP&A for cost accuracy and governance.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in cost and operations accounting in manufacturing, with deep knowledge of standard costing, inventory accounting, and GAAP compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is required.
• 8+ years of progressive cost and operations accounting experience in manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of standard costing, inventory accounting, and absorption costing.
• CPA, CGMA, or CMA is a plus but not required with relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead global standard costing standardization across manufacturing sites.
• Own the Cap & Roll process, including variances, capitalization, and roll of new standard costs.
• Strengthen inventory controls, reconciliation, and reporting across sites.
• Collaborate with FP&A, operations, and supply chain to ensure cost accuracy and audit readiness.
