Truity Partners LLC in Hartland, WI is seeking an experienced Senior Accountant for a full-time, on-site role. You will support monthly financial close, consolidations across multiple entities, and reporting under the Corporate Controller.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of accounting experience, hands-on month-end close, and comfort with Planful and other ERP systems. This is a hands-on, multi-entity position requiring independence and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of general accounting experience, Senior Accountant level preferred.
• Experience with month-end close, journal entries, and reconciliations.
• Exposure to multi-entity accounting and intercompany transactions.
• Experience with Planful or similar ERP systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with monthly financial consolidations and reporting across multiple entities.
• Import, review, and reconcile trial balances using Planful.
• Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and intercompany transactions.
• Support intercompany reconciliations and eliminations as part of the consolidation process.
• Perform variance analysis and investigate financial discrepancies.
• Assist with month-end close activities, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
• Work with multiple accounting systems to research transactions and reconcile financial information.
• Partner with the Controller and accounting team to resolve issues and support reporting needs.
• Assist with additional accounting projects and responsibilities as needed.
