Circle Logistics is seeking a Senior Accountant to own substantial portions of the month-end and year-end close, working across multi-entity and international subsidiaries. The role offers high visibility and a path toward leadership within a fast-growing 3PL environment.

This position demands strong US GAAP knowledge, advanced Excel skills, and experience in high-volume freight accounting processes. You’ll partner with Finance leadership and operations to optimize controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 3–6 years of progressive accounting experience.
• Experience owning month-end and year-end close activities.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP.
• Advanced Excel skills (PivotTables, VLOOKUP/INDEX, large data sets).
• Experience with ERP/general ledger systems.
• Attention to detail and deadline management.

Responsibilities

• Own significant portions of the month-end and year-end close.
• Record and reconcile intercompany transactions and eliminations.
• Support consolidation across U.S. and international entities.
• Analyze data and prepare audit-ready workpapers and schedules.
• Partner with Finance leadership and operational teams to improve processes.
• Identify opportunities to automate repetitive accounting tasks and enhance controls.
