Job summary

Circle Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Senior Accountant to lead complex close activities, manage multi-entity data, and deliver accurate, timely financial statements with clear ownership and visibility to finance leadership.

You will oversee month-end and year-end close, intercompany eliminations, freight and 3PL accounting, reporting, and internal controls, driving process improvements and automation across the close and reporting cycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3–6 years of progressive accounting experience, including month-end and year-end close responsibilities.
• Demonstrated expertise in U.S. GAAP and balance sheet analysis.
• Hands-on experience with ERP and general ledger systems.
• Advanced Excel skills, pivot tables, VLOOKUP/INDEX, and large datasets.

Responsibilities

• Lead significant portions of the close cycle: journal entries, accruals, prepaids, and reversing entries.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts and investigate variances vs. prior periods, budgets, and expectations.
• Maintain the general ledger and enforce close calendar adherence for timely reporting.
• Record intercompany transactions and support consolidation across US and international subsidiaries.
