Job summary

AllClear Aerospace & Defense seeks a Senior Accountant to own the monthly close across multiple entities and trial balance accounts, ensuring accurate journal entries and reconciliations. You will drive process improvements and partner with Contracts, PM, Procurement and FP&A to support timely financial reporting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive general ledger / accounting experience.
• Experience supporting financial statement audits is a plus.
• Strong working knowledge of GAAP and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage monthly close across multiple entities and trial balance accounts.
• Support multi-entity consolidation including intercompany eliminations.
• Prepare and review reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Drive process improvements and automation in close processes.
• Mentor junior staff and provide training on close procedures.
