Job summary

The Senior Accountant at Helios Technologies (MCT division) oversees accounting across multiple entities, supporting complex month-end close, financial analysis, and timely reporting under U.S. GAAP.

Collaborating with entity finance teams and operations, you will drive process improvements, assist audits, and develop into broader leadership responsibilities in a manufacturing, multi‑entity setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and general accounting principles.
• Experience with month-end close, reconciliations, and financial statement analysis.
• Advanced Excel skills and analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities across multiple entities.
• Prepare and review journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations.
• Analyze financial results and investigate variances on the balance sheet and income statement.
• Ensure timely, accurate financial reporting in accordance with U.S. GAAP.
• Support internal and external audits with schedules and documentation.
• Lead or support ERP enhancements and process improvements.
