Qualifications

• 3-5 years accounting experience (public accounting strongly preferred, Big 4 or regional).
• Strong GAAP foundation.
• Experience with multi-entity environments, consolidations, intercompany accounting a big plus.
• Comfortable in a high-growth, high-complexity environment.
• Detail-oriented but able to communicate with leadership.
• Ownership mindset and ability to move fast.
• CPA or active CPA candidate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the month-end close across multiple entities: journal entries, reconciliations, and general ledger.
• Manage accruals and prepaids with precision, align expenses to correct periods.
• Build and maintain intercompany schedules and support consolidation and elimination entries.
• Produce clear, accurate financial reporting across entities and consolidated level.
• Drive audit with clean workpapers, documentation, and no surprises.
• Partner with ops, finance, and legal to support budgets, forecasts, and decision-making.
• Identify and implement process improvements as we scale.
• Support acquisitions and new entity integrations as we grow.
