Qualifikationen

• 4-year accounting or finance degree required.
• 3-5 years’ prior accounting experience.
• 2+ years’ experience with reconciling cash, cash equivalents & deferred revenue.
• Background check due to position's sensitive nature.

Aufgaben

• Manage monthly close activities including balance sheet reconciliations.
• Post journal entries for revenue, payroll, COGS, AP, AR.
• Assist with month-end and year-end close and financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and internal controls.
• Prepare work papers for year-end audit and support external auditors.
• Oversee prepaid expense schedules and inventory accounting.
• Collaborate with warehouse and other departments to improve processes.
