Ledgent is seeking a Senior Accountant for a cutting-edge technology company with an AI footprint in Santa Clara, California. This 100% onsite role can start immediately as either a temporary-to-hire or direct-hire position.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's in Accounting, with CPA or CPA-track as a plus, and bring 5+ years of corporate accounting at the Senior Accountant level (public accounting a plus). Strong Excel and ERP experience (Netsuite) are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting is required; CPA or CPA track is a plus.
• 5+ years of corporate accounting at Senior Accountant level; public accounting a plus.
• Proficient in Month End Close, bank reconciliations, cash forecasting, prepaids, and account reconciliations; strong GAAP knowledge and audit prep.

Responsibilities

• Lead month-end close processes and ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Perform bank reconciliations and cash forecasting to support cash management.
• Manage prepaids and account reconciliations with attention to detail.
• Ensure GAAP compliance and assist with audit preparations.
