Job summary

Cosmetic Solutions Innovation Labs, a skincare manufacturer, seeks a Senior Accountant to lead month-end close, general ledger ownership, and financial reporting. This hands-on role partners with internal teams to ensure accurate results and audit readiness.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in accounting, strong GAAP knowledge, and experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred), especially in manufacturing/inventory contexts. CPA is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• CPA preferred.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and month-end close.
• Manufacturing and inventory accounting experience.
• Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close process.
• Reconcile and consolidate results, ensuring proper recording.
• Own the general ledger, journal entries, accruals, reconciliations.
• Review variances and ensure accuracy of reported information.
• Prepare financial statements, management reports, and schedules.
• Interact with auditors to ensure timely annual audit completion.
