A leading cosmetics manufacturer is seeking a Senior Cost Accountant to manage financial reporting and cost evaluation. You will perform essential tasks related to month-end closing, inventory reconciliation, and ERP system processes. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance and 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing setting. Strong Excel skills and the ability to communicate effectively are essential. This position is full-time and located in New Jersey.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related accounting/finance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of variance analysis and establishment of cost estimates.
• Must be able to effectively handle multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Perform month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Review and reconcile inventory reports with Plant personnel.
• Work cross-functionally with operations, supply chain, and IT.
