Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in General Accounting.
• Experience with IFRS accounting principles is required.
• Experience with month-end close, reconciliations, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead the monthly financial close with journal entries and reconciliations.
• Maintain the ledger and ensure timely, accurate transactions with approvals.
• Execute daily accounting in QuickBooks, including purchasing, inventory, AP, and intercompany.
• Analyze manufacturing standard cost variances and prepare monthly reports.
• Partner with operations finance and regional controllers on monthly reports and budgets.
• Maintain IFRS compliance including prepaids, accruals, leases, and intangibles.
• Support inventory management and cycle count audits.
• Assist internal and external audits with controls.
• Support updates to ERP standard costs, inventory revaluations, labor, and overhead.
• Collaborate with Corporate Tax and Compliance on annual reporting.
• Safeguard confidential information and company assets.
