Job summary

Networks Presentations is seeking a detail-oriented Senior Accountant to support day-to-day accounting for a touring Broadway theatrical production company. You will maintain the general ledger, execute month-end close, and assist show-level accounting across multiple entities within a NetSuite ERP environment.

Reporting to the Senior Director of Accounting, you will prepare journal entries, reconcile accounts, and collaborate with external auditors.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of accounting experience in a multi-entity, project-based, or entertainment environment.
• Strong understanding of GAAP, month-end close procedures, journal entries, and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; NetSuite or similar ERP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the monthly close by preparing journal entries, reconciliations, and schedules for corporate and show-level entities.
• Prepare financial reports, variance analyses, accruals, and schedules for show-level and corporate performance.
• Maintain general ledger accuracy and data entry within NetSuite.
• Reconcile bank and balance sheet accounts monthly and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist auditors and tax advisors by providing schedules and documentation.
• Contribute to NetSuite optimization and reduce legacy manual workflows.
• Collaborate with senior finance and cross-functional stakeholders for timely financial information.
