Job summary

Beacon Hill is seeking a highly motivated Senior Accountant to join its growing Life Sciences organization. The candidate will lead month-end close, financial reporting, and reconciliations in a fast-paced, regulated environment. A CPA with 3-5 years of public accounting and/or industry experience and strong U.S.

GAAP knowledge is required. The role offers exposure to executive leadership, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and opportunities for career advancement within a high-growth

Qualifications

• CPA required
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 3-5 years of accounting experience, preferably Public Accounting or Life Sciences/Healthcare industries
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP
• Advanced Excel skills
• Experience with ERP systems preferred
• Excellent communication and analytical skills

Responsibilities

• Assist with month-end and year-end close activities
• Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations
• Analyze financial results and investigate variances
• Support preparation of financial statements and management reporting
• Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and internal controls
• Assist with external audits and regulatory reporting requirements
• Support process improvement initiatives and accounting automation projects
• Partner with cross-functional teams including Finance, FP&A, Operations, and R&D
