Brandon J. Broderick LLC, a leading personal injury law firm in New Jersey, seeks a Senior Accountant to maintain the integrity of financial records, oversee trust accounts, GL, and month-end close, and support financial decision-making.

This role partners with the Corporate Controller to strengthen controls and improve processes. The ideal candidate brings 3+ years of PI-firm accounting, strong trust accounting knowledge, and advanced Excel skills.

Formación

• Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience within a personal injury law firm.
• Strong understanding of attorney trust accounting and settlement transactions.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Proficiency in NetSuite and Litify a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and reconcile attorney trust (IOLTA) accounts.
• Prepare and post journal entries; reconcile balance sheet accounts monthly.
• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes.
• Support external audits and tax requests; ensure compliance with internal controls.
• Collaborate with Accounting, Operations, Legal, and leadership to resolve accounting issues.
