Brandon J. Broderick, Attorney At Law is seeking a Senior Accountant to maintain the integrity of the firm’s financial records, oversee trust accounts, general ledger and monthly close, and support financial reporting.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in a personal injury firm, deep knowledge of attorney trust accounting and settlement transactions, and strong Excel, NetSuite and Litify skills. This role partners with the Corporate Controller to improve controls, drive efficiency, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience within a personal injury law firm.
• Strong understanding of attorney trust accounting and settlement transactions.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Proficiency in NetSuite and Litify a plus.

Responsibilities

• Trust Accounting: Maintain and reconcile attorney trust (IOLTA) accounts.
• General Ledger & Month-End Close: Prepare and post journal entries; reconcile balance sheet accounts.
• Compliance & Internal Controls: Ensure adherence to accounting policies and internal controls; support audits.
• Collaboration: Partner with departments and leadership to resolve accounting issues.
