Job summary

THE TEAM in Raleigh, NC seeks an accounting professional to support the Brands & Properties Accounting team. You will generate invoices, process supplier bills, and assist with month-end close and reconciliations while reviewing contracts and setting up projects.

The role requires attention to detail, strong communication, and familiarity with Workday, Salesforce, Excel, and Google Worksheets. Base salary ranged at $90,000–$100,000 prorated, with potential bonus.

Responsibilities

• Generate customer invoices
• Process supplier invoices
• Communicate with B&P team departments on invoice and payment statuses
• Review client scopes (SOWs) and approve Salesforce records
• Prepare Journal entries
• Assist with month end close support as needed
• Prepare Balance Sheet reconciliations
• Set up and activate internal project codes
• Support customer invoice reconciliations by compiling expenses and supplier invoice support
