Job summary

THE·TEAM is seeking a Sr Accountant for a fixed-term assignment in our Raleigh, NC office. You will support the Finance & Accounting team by handling customer invoicing, supplier invoicing, journal entries, and balance sheet reconciliations, while closely coordinating with multiple departments.

Ideal candidates have meticulous attention to detail, strong communication, and experience with Workday, Salesforce, Excel, and Google Sheets in a fast-paced marketing agency setting.

Qualifications

• Must be detail oriented and highly accurate in managing financial data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to liaise with multiple departments.
• Ability to manage a high volume of transactional activity and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Generate customer invoices and process supplier invoices.
• Review client scopes (SOWs) and approve Salesforce records.
• Prepare journal entries and monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
• Set up and activate internal project codes and assist with month-end close.
