CFS, partnering with a European-based SaaS company, seeks a Senior Accountant to join their US team in Boston. You will own month- and year-end close under US GAAP and collaborate with the European accounting and controlling teams.

This role offers flexible hours and a hybrid setup in a family-friendly, international environment. You will coordinate with the CFO and finance teams across Germany, gaining exposure to cross-border operations.

Formación

• 5+ years of senior-level accounting experience applying US GAAP.
• 2+ years owning the month-end close.
• Experience with multi-state sales tax and international coordination.

Responsabilidades

• Own month- and year-end close under US GAAP.
• Manage revenue recognition for hardware, SaaS, and service contracts, including deferred revenue.
• Maintain multi-state sales tax processes across the US footprint.
• Review customer billing, accounts receivable aging, and collections.

Key Responsibilities Of The Senior Accountant

• Own month- and year-end close in accordance with US GAAP
• Manage revenue recognition for hardware, SaaS, and service contracts, including deferred revenue
• Maintain multi-state sales tax processes across the company’s US footprint
• Review department work including customer billing, accounts receivable aging, and collections

Background Expected

• 5+ years of senior-level accounting experience applying US GAAP, including 2+ years owning the month-end close
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or experience equivalent
• Experience with multi-state sales tax and international accounting coordination

Salary Range

$110,000 - 120,000
