Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required.
• 4+ years of public accounting or similar experience.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and technical accounting.
• Experience with revenue recognition and lease accounting.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
• High attention to detail and organization.

Responsibilities

• Research complex accounting issues and new standards.
• Document accounting policies and technical positions.

• Support financial statement disclosures and filings.
• Strengthen internal controls for reporting processes.
• Prepare journal entries and assist with close activities.

$ 130000-140000 annually, depending on experience

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Research complex accounting issues and new standards


• Document accounting policies and technical positions


• Partner with cross-functional teams on business changes


• Support financial statement disclosures and filings


• Strengthen internal controls for reporting processes


• Prepare journal entries and assist with close activities


• Support internal and external audit requests


• Complete additional duties as assigned

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required


• Four or more years of public accounting or similar experience


• Strong knowledge of GAAP and technical accounting


• Experience with revenue recognition and lease accounting


• Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills


• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently


• High attention to detail and organization

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• CPA certification or progress toward certification


• Manufacturing industry experience


• Experience supporting external audits


• Exposure to financial reporting disclosures


• Experience working in cross-functional environments
