Job summary

Boston Partners Global Investors, Inc. in Boston, MA seeks a Senior Accountant to support the Account Receivable group with billing cycle requirements, invoicing, onboarding new clients, and process improvements.

The role entails reporting, monthly close, and reconciliations, with feeds between Workday, Revenue Manager, and Addepar. CPA is preferred, and in-office attendance five days per week is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting.
• Six or more years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in investment management/wealth management/financial services.
• CPA is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the billing cycle including invoicing, onboarding new clients, and process improvement.
• Support the developing Private Wealth business with reporting, invoicing, and monthly close process.
• Review and monitor feeds between systems (Workday, Revenue Manager, and Addepar).
• Assist in the reconciliation and preparation of aged receivable reports.
• Follow up on aged receivables resolution with Client Service Associates and Relationship Managers.
• Assist with interim and year-end audits with external auditors.
• Work closely with various teams, helping Client Service Associates and Relationship Managers with billing requests.
• Assist in the preparation of performance fee invoices.
• Research accounting matters and work with the Billing Manager to resolve.
• Analyze the profitability of investment products and vehicles.
