The role requires a Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance with 3+ years' experience, strong US GAAP knowledge, and proficiency in Excel/Word. CPA encouraged, with minimal travel and a professional office setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 3+ years of experience required.
• Intermediate understanding of US GAAP, financial statements, and accounting theory required, including SOX compliance.
• Proactive advocate of change through analysis of business processes.
• Advanced Excel and Word with strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee month-, quarter-, and year-end close following US GAAP.
• Prepare general ledger entries with supporting documentation.
• Analyze general ledger account fluctuations and reconciliations.
• Support internal and external audits and SOX controls.
• Assist with internal control testing and process improvements.
• Contribute to initiatives and special projects as assigned.
