The role focuses on transactional and operational accounting duties for the Americas region, requiring a Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance, 3+ years of experience, and proficiency in Excel/Word. CPA encouraged.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 3+ years of experience required.
• Intermediate understanding of US GAAP, financial statements, and accounting theory including SOX compliance.
• Be a proactive advocate of change through analysis of the business processes.
• Advanced skill in Excel, Word with strong written and oral communication skills.
• Execute responsibilities with a sense of urgency and follow-through.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Close month-end, quarter-end, and year-end processes per US GAAP.
• Perform general ledger entries and maintain documentation.
• Prepare and review reconciliations with various sources.
• Assist audits and SOX control testing.
• Support internal control documentation and procedures.
• Participate in initiatives and special projects as required.
