Mariani Packing Company is seeking a Senior Accountant to join the Finance/Accounting team in a hybrid position near Vacaville, CA. You will own lease and fixed asset accounting, manage Coast-to-Coast Farming financials, and support audits and controls with ASC 842 compliance.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Experience leading process improvements and cross-functional partnerships.
• Solid knowledge of U.S. GAAP, financial reporting, and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review complex journal entries, account reconciliations, financial statements, and results.
• Manage fixed asset accounting, lease accounting under ASC 842, and month-/quarter-/year-end close activities, plus financial reporting.
• Coordinate internal and external audits, maintain internal controls, and ensure accounting processes comply with requirements.
