The Senior Accountant at Diality, Inc. will manage monthly close, financial reporting, and balance sheet reconciliations in accordance with U.S. GAAP. You will work cross-functionally with Purchasing, Operations, Engineering, and Finance to ensure accurate recording and scalable processes, with a focus on NetSuite optimization.

This office-based role offers a hybrid work structure and opportunities to grow into an Assistant Accounting Manager as the company scales toward commercialization.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of progressive accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP.
• Experience preparing journal entries, account reconciliations and financial reporting schedules.
• Experience supporting monthly and year-end close.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Own assigned portions of the monthly close and ensure accurate reporting.
• Prepare and post journal entries and reconciliations.
• Maintain balance sheet reconciliations and support audit schedules.
• Support inventory and cost accounting and period-end activities.
• Optimize NetSuite processes and governance for scalability.
• Provide data and analysis for forecasts and management reporting.
