• Qualified with a bachelor’s degree in accounting.
• Demonstrated accounting experience.
• Familiarity with GAAP and SOX regulations.

Responsibilities

• Financial reporting and analysis: prepare accurate financial statements, analyze data and assist budgeting.
• General ledger management: reconcile accounts, perform close activities, ensure revenue/expense recognition.
• Audit and compliance: assist audits, prepare documentation and ensure GAAP compliance.
• Team leadership: mentor junior accountants and staff, delegate tasks, provide guidance on procedures.
• Cross-department collaboration: align financial processes with business objectives and efficiency.
• Sales and use tax: review returns and audits; perform required analyses.
• Ad hoc projects: take on additional projects as needed.
