Job summary

Creative Financial Staffing, LLC has partnered with a technology company to recruit a Senior Accountant for the team in Waltham, MA. This hybrid role offers a schedule from 8:30am to 5:30pm with a compensation range of $90,000–$120,000 depending on experience.

You will own the full AP and AR process, drive automation using Ramp and Rippling, support month-end close and financial reporting, and contribute to process improvements to strengthen controls.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of accounting experience with strong AP/AR ownership.
• Proven track record of process improvements, automation initiatives, and system implementations.
• Experience with Ramp, Rippling, AI-powered platforms, or similar automation tools.
• QuickBooks proficiency and strong Excel skills.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the full AP and AR process, including invoice processing, billing, collections, cash applications, and reconciliations.
• Lead the implementation and optimization of Ramp, Rippling, and other automation tools to streamline accounting workflows.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and leverage AI-driven solutions to increase efficiency and strengthen controls.
• Support month-end close, audit preparation, and financial reporting activities.
• Prepare analyses and reports to support business and operational decision-making.
