Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 2+ years progressive accounting or financial reporting experience.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and financial reporting skills.
• Experience with month-end close, journals, reconciliations, and GL.
• Advanced Excel skills and ability to build reporting tools.
• Experience with ERP systems and financial systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail with multi-priority management.
• Clear communication and cross‑functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Support the month‑end close process, including journal entries and reconciliations.
• Manage customer invoicing and billing in collaboration with internal teams.
• Assist with financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and analysis.
• Support inventory procurement, management, and allocation accounting.
• Maintain accurate general ledger activity and documentation.
• Provide oversight of vendor and customer accounts.
• Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends and issues.
• Partner with operations to improve accounting processes and visibility.
• Develop and improve accounting procedures, controls, and workflows.
• Assist with evaluating and implementing new accounting/ERP systems.
