LHH Recruitment Solutions seeks a Senior Accountant for a fast-growing, private equity-backed organization operating across multiple entities. The role offers exposure to intercompany accounting, M&A integration, and process improvements in a high-growth environment.

The position pays 110K-115K plus bonus with a hybrid schedule requiring in-office presence 2-3 days per week. Ideal candidates have multi-entity experience, NetSuite ERP, and strong Excel/Power BI skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Experience in multi-entity accounting with intercompany.
• Experience in private equity-backed or acquisition-driven environment preferred.
• Exposure to M&A accounting and consolidations.
• ERP systems experience, preferably NetSuite; Power BI helpful.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review journal entries across multiple entities.
• Manage balance sheet reconciliations, including intercompany transactions and consolidations.
• Support month-end close, financial reporting, and general ledger activities.
• Assist with acquisition accounting, integration, and post-acquisition processes.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support growth and scalable accounting.
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and internal controls.
• Support ERP initiatives, data cleanup, and process enhancements.
• Assist with external audits and audit-related acquisitions projects.
