LHH is recruiting a Senior Accountant for a rapidly growing infrastructure services organization in Irving, TX. The role sits on the Corporate Accounting team with high visibility and opportunities to grow beyond a traditional senior accountant position.

The position offers a salary of $105,000+ plus bonus and requires a CPA or active certification pursuit, a Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance, and 3+ years of experience, along with strong U.S. GAAP knowledge and ERP experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• CPA or actively pursuing certification is required.
• 3+ years of accounting experience.
• Public accounting or multi-entity experience is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and Excel; ERP systems experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage components of the monthly close process, including journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations.
• Prepare and maintain general ledger entries in accordance with U.S. GAAP.
• Assist with consolidated financial reporting across multiple entities.
• Support acquisition integrations and balance sheet reviews.
• Collaborate with regional teams to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Assist with treasury activities including cash management and payments.
• Support monthly cash flow statements and accounts payable activities.
• Participate in the annual audit and internal control documentation.
• Identify and implement process improvements including AI and automation initiatives.
• Support special projects and strategic initiatives.
