Job summary

This role involves technical accounting support, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with tax filings. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance, plus 3+ years of experience. The firm offers a base salary of $75K–$85K with a bonus, 4 weeks PTO, and health benefits, along with a hybrid work schedule.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of accounting experience (corporate or public).
• At least 1 year of corporate accounting experience if coming from public.
• ERP experience preferred.

Senior Accountant - Up to $85k + generous bonus

Our client, a fast-growing, PE-backed organization is hiring a Senior Accountant to its 10-person finance team due to recent growth and restructuring. This is a great opportunity to join a stable, well-funded company with strong career growth potential. ***3 days onsite, 2 days remote

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical accounting support (including ASC 842 – leases)
• Support P&Ls, inventory, and intercompany transactions
• Assist with tax support and Avalara filings
• Maintain accurate and organized accounting records
• Respond to ad hoc accounting requests from leadership
• Help improve processes, efficiency, and internal controls

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 3+ years of accounting experience (corporate or public)
• At least 1 year of corporate accounting experience if coming from public
• ERP experience a plus (Acumatica preferred, not required)
