You will prepare journal entries, coordinate month-end close, analyze costs, and ensure SOX compliance while collaborating with the Controller and accounting teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting.
• Solid understanding of GAAP and internal controls.
• Experience with SEC and SOX compliance.
• Strong analytical, cross-functional communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accounting principles, practices and procedures to ensure accurate and timely financial statements.
• Prepare journal entries and reconcile accounts for month/quarter/year end close.
• Coordinate month-end close and provide internal/external financial reporting.
• Assist with audits and provide documentation for SOX and SEC compliance.
• Oversee accounts payable/receivable, payroll processing and inventory accounting.
