Job summary

East Side Plating in Portland, OR is seeking a Senior Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting, reconcile accounts, and support monthly closes. You will prepare journal entries, assist audits, and ensure GAAP compliance while maintaining the general ledger.

The role requires 5+ years of accounting experience, strong communication and analytical skills, and an in-person schedule Monday–Friday. We offer medical, dental, vision coverage, PTO, paid holidays and a 401K plan.

Job description

The Senior Accountant will be responsible for day-to-day accounting tasks, performing account reconciliations, assisting with close processes, help with conducting external/internal audits, and maintaining accounts payable documentation. The Sr. Accountant will accurately maintain a general ledger and ensure compliance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP). Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills are paramount.

Salary range: $72,000 - $80,000 DOE (Salaried - Exempt)

Work Location: In person, Monday to Friday
