Qualifications

• Proven experience in closing and journal entries.
• Strong ability to reconcile subledgers to the GL.

• Comfort with treasury management concepts and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Chase unreconciled items until the subledger ties to the GL.
• Turn a sprawling spreadsheet into a controlled, auditable workbook.
• Draft the board deck that turns numbers into a decision.
• Own the senior sign-off on journal entries above the threshold.
• Settle expense reports efficiently to avoid follow-ups.
• Turn quarter-end into a calm, predictable finance cycle.
