Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Senior Accountant for our growing team in Corona, CA. This is a permanent on-site role responsible for managing AP/AR, GL, financial reporting, intercompany transactions, and month-end close.

Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance (CPA or MBA preferred), 5+ years of accounting experience, and strong GAAP knowledge. The position offers competitive salary and comprehensive benefits within a dynamic, team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
• CPA or MBA preferred.
• 5+ years progressive accounting experience.
• Experience with AP/AR, financial reporting, GL, intercompany, and reconciliation.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting functions including AP/AR, GL, and taxes.
• Ensure timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end closes.
• Prepare monthly financial reports (P&L, cash flow, variance).
• Manage intercompany transactions and reconciliations.
• Ensure accuracy of general ledger and asset records.
• Collaborate with finance and other units for transparency.
• Direct and supervise accounting staff as needed.
• Maintain internal control processes and documentation.
• Support budgeting and forecast processes.
• Assist with audits and compliance.
