Weir ESCO is seeking a Senior Accountant, Financial Reporting & Consolidation, to join the global ESCO Division Accounting team in a hybrid Fort Worth, TX role. The person will manage monthly close, oversee significant estimates, and ensure IFRS-compliant reporting across worldwide operations.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance, 4+ years of experience, and CPA preferred; strong Excel and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred

Responsibilities

• Coordinate monthly close including regional close calls and issue resolution
• Prepare, review, and analyze significant estimates and provisions (e.g., warranty, bad debt, E&O, deferred revenue)
• Review IFRS-compliant financial results and provide accounting guidance
• Maintain division chart of accounts and oversee outsourced accounting activities
• Provide accounting support for capital contributions, dividends, acquisitions, and SAP S/4HANA implementation
• Coordinate audits and regulatory reporting; drive process improvements
• Demonstrate safety commitments in line with zero-harm behaviors
