Therakos Healthcare Limited is seeking a Senior Accountant to partner with the Controller and drive accurate financial reporting within a fast-growing global organization. The role focuses on policy design, standardization, and robust internal controls to support critical financial initiatives.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, strong GAAP knowledge, and proficiency with NetSuite ERP, with a track record of delivering in multinational pharma/med device

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience including financial reporting.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting requirements.
• Experience with NetSuite ERP.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Multi-national, pharma/med device industry experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify technical accounting issues.
• Experience implementing accounting policies and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• General Accounting & Reporting: prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual GAAP-compliant statements.
• Close responsibilities: month-end and year-end close with accurate financial reporting.
• Prepare supporting schedules for balance sheet accounts and provide variance analysis.
• Oversee daily accounting functions and maintain GL accuracy.
• Support Controller in preparing reports for senior management and KPIs.
• Ensure internal controls and compliance across accounting activities.
