Job summary

SGA Dental Partners is hiring a Senior Corporate Accountant to join a newly formed corporate accounting team, driving financial reporting, technical accounting and a robust control environment for a growing enterprise.

The role partners with external auditors, supports acquisitions, and leads standardization and automation initiatives across legacy and acquired entities to ensure audit-ready, consistent reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• CPA certification is required.
• 5+ years of relevant corporate accounting experience.
• Experience with a public company at scale is preferred.
• Experience with healthcare/dental or multi-site services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and support institutional-grade financial reporting policies and processes.
• Collaborate with external auditors to ensure audit readiness and compliance.
• Support accounting for acquisitions in a high-volume roll-up environment.
• Standardize reporting across legacy and acquired entities.
• Assist monthly close including journal entries and reconciliations.
• Design and maintain internal controls in a scaling environment.
• Identify opportunities to automate accounting processes with IT/FP&A.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to improve reporting consistency.
