This role emphasizes intercompany accounting, cost accounting, and multi-jurisdiction compliance, with exposure to domestic and international operations.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance, 3+ years of experience, strong U.S. GAAP knowledge, and advanced Excel; CPA is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance from an accredited institution.
• 3+ years of progressive accounting experience including general ledger and month-end close.
• Strong working knowledge of U.S. GAAP.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, data analysis).
• Experience with ERP/accounting systems and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute monthly, quarterly, and annual close with journal entries and reconciliations.
• Prepare and review consolidated financial statements across entities.
• Maintain and reconcile intercompany accounts with domestic and foreign affiliates.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Assist with schedules for audits, bank reporting, and covenant packages.
• Support sales/use tax, property tax, and other tax filings across jurisdictions.
• Prepare monthly management reports and budget-to-actual analyses.
• Document internal controls and close procedures.
• Support system implementations and process improvements.
