This role supports monthly and year-end close, intercompany transactions, and consolidation activities for US entities while coordinating with global teams. We seek an experienced accounting professional with a Bachelor's in Accounting and 5+ years in close, journal entries, and reconciliations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Strong experience with month-end close, journal entries, accruals, and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Understanding of intercompany accounting and consolidation processes.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform monthly, quarterly, and year-end close activities for U.S. entities and accounting areas.
• Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, reclassifications, and other accounting adjustments.
• Support timely and accurate financial reporting and consolidation deliverables.
• Prepare financial reporting packages for corporate consolidation.
• Identify opportunities to improve the accuracy and efficiency of the close process.
• Prepare and maintain reconciliations for balance sheet accounts.
• Investigate and resolve reconciling items in a timely manner.
• Maintain supporting documentation for assignments.
• Support balance sheet reviews and other controllership activities.
• Process and reconcile intercompany transactions with affiliates across regions.
• Collaborate with international teams to resolve intercompany differences.
