Search Solution Group in Charlotte, NC seeks a Senior Accountant to support accurate financial reporting and accounting operations under U.S. GAAP. The role handles reconciliations, analyses, schedules, and audit documentation while applying technical guidance.

Ideal candidates are analytical, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced Consumer Goods environment. A Bachelor’s degree with 3–5 years of experience is required, with Big 4 exposure

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance required.
3–5 years progressive accounting experience; Big 4 or national exposure preferred.
Experience with financial reporting, reconciliations, and technical accounting research.
Strong Excel and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

Prepare account reconciliations, supporting schedules, financial analyses, and audit documentation.
Research accounting issues and apply technical accounting guidance.
Support financial reporting processes in accordance with U.S. GAAP.
Assist with month-end and year-end close activities.
Analyze financial data, identify discrepancies and opportunities for improvement.
Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation.
Support audit processes by preparing schedules and documentation.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve accounting questions.
Utilize advanced Excel functions to analyze data.
Manage multiple priorities and deadlines with accuracy.
Perform other accounting duties as assigned.
